What are 1:1 Sessions?

They’re private coaching sessions designed to help you feel more connected to your body, your needs, and your desires.
Whether it’s about pleasure, self-doubt, or patterns in your relationships, we explore what’s holding you back and what’s ready to shift.

Who are these sessions for?

For women who feel stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or unsure in their body or in their relationships.
You don’t need a plan. Just the desire to feel something more honest, more yours.

Do I need experience with coaching or self-pleasure?

Not at all. You can come exactly as you are.
These sessions are safe, non-judgemental spaces, whether you’re just starting to explore or have been on this path for years.

What happens during a session?

It’s a guided conversation where we slow down, reflect, and gently unpack what’s present for you.
We might talk about intimacy, emotional patterns, desire, boundaries, or anything that feels stuck. You lead the pace, we create space for clarity and truth.
