Return Policy
We want you to feel good about what you choose. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, as long as the item is:
• Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to request a return

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and a shipping label.
Please note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected, let us know within 14 days.
We’ll put it right, quickly and with care.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Toys or intimate products that have been used
• Custom or personalised orders
• Final Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d prefer something different, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, you’ll be refunded for the original item.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.
This allows you to cancel or return an item, no explanation needed, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the refund
• If it’s been over 15 business days, contact us at ask@therightspot.uk
Important Notes
• Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return conditions
• If your product is faulty or damaged, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement, and we’ll cover return shipping
